Culture

We have worked hard at Manningham to create a culture that is embedded through our motto. We believe that learning is its own reward and we take pleasure and pride from our own improvements.

Our staff and children work hard every single day in order to create strong learning habits that support us in developing autonomous learners who are willing to rise to any challenge.  We work together as a staff to utilise common practices across the school, so that the consistency in behaviour management and routines supports the teaching.

We use research in order to inform our practice, to ensure that our teaching methods are strong and purposeful; leading to improved outcomes for our children.
