We have worked hard at Dixons Manningham Primary to create a culture that is embedded through our motto. We believe that learning is its own reward and we take pleasure and pride from our own improvements.

Our staff and students work hard every single day, in order to create strong learning habits that support us in developing autonomous learners who are willing to rise to any challenge. We work together as a staff to ensure consistent routines across the academy, which help to develop good behaviour and focussed learning.

We utilise research in order to inform our practice, to ensure that our teaching methods are strong and purposeful; leading to improved outcomes for our students.
